How the Westinghouse Company saw the FUTURE in the 1960's .

The Westinghouse Total Electric Home shows the
house of the future ( back then ) where ALL is run electrically and
fully automated . A good thing for kids to remember :

back then we already saw the potential of doing things
WITHOUT exhaust fumes ( except for the COAL-plants
that MADE all that electricity back then . )

NOTE : back here in Europe and especially in Germany , we
are planning to run OLD coal-plants with SOLAR :

How ? - By swapping the burner with a electric heater that heats up
a liquid Bromium - salt - solution . ( captures a LOT of energy )
Bromium-salt can hold much more energy than water can do .
Overnight , when the solar panels do NOT produce power , the
REMAINING HEAT will turn water into steam , just like the OLD
coal plant did ( wires , turbine and switches can be used again ) .
